Change of Mind & Returns

Brands have their own return policies, and users should review these policies before making a purchase. Returns will be accepted on new products and most brands will accept exchanges at the cost of the customer. On average the return period is a 14-day window however each brand may have a different return window.

A return must be initiated via Green Friday, and Green Friday will be the agent representing both the user and the Brand. The Brand will have final say on the acceptance of the return and eligibility for a refund.

Recieving a Refund

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Credit/Debit card refunds may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account. PayPal or digital wallet refunds usually reflect within 24-48 hours. For direct bank transfers, expect the refund within 5-10 business days.

Delays can occur due to bank processing times. If your refund hasn’t appeared after these periods, or if your payment method is inactive, please contact our customer support for assistance.
